​O atual ministro da educação parece ter sido moldado por uma educação que privilegiou a obediência, possivelmente por ter testemunhado consequências de quem desobedece. 

No entanto, a obediência humana tem limites, como a recusa à violência ou uso de substâncias perigosas.

​O ministro, aparentemente, aprendeu a obedecer ao sistema. É possível que ninguém lhe tenha mostrado que a mudança é não apenas inevitável mas essencial, especialmente nos dias de hoje.

Como Charles Darwin observou, "Não é o mais forte da espécie que sobrevive, nem o mais inteligente. É aquele que melhor se adapta à mudança."

​Ao invés de tentar anular grupos que se manifestam ou que causam desconforto, a missão de um governante deveria ser a de prestar apoio social para a mudança um dever que, ao que parece, não foi incutido no ministro. 

A educação para os jovens deve balancear a necessidade em estabelecer limites para defender  valores atuais, e a rebeldia necessária para combaterem, no futuro, quem lhes queira minimizar ou anular esses mesmos valores.

Por exemplo, defender o primado da lei. Como a claramente atacada pelo dr. Montenegro: 

O dec-lei 52/2019, de 31 de julho, é claro ao proibir que membros do governo e seus familiares próximos (até ao 2º grau) detenham mais de 10% de participações empresariais. 

E que faz o vestuto e deferente chefe do MP? 

Andará há vários meses a estudar como contornar a letra e o espírito da lei, através de conclusões de uma, tão interessante como secreta e útil, investigação preventiva...

Talvez concluindo que os alegados filhos do PM afinal, não são filhos dele...

E, para prevenir o quê?

Poderiam os jovens dos quais o sr ministro é responsável por educar, começar por questionar...

For example, defending the rule of law, as clearly attacked by Dr. Montenegro:

Decree-Law 52/2019, of July 31, clearly prohibits government officials and their close family members (up to the second degree) from holding more than 10% of corporate shares.

And what does the handsome and friendly head of the Public Prosecutor's Office do?
