Questões aos candidatos a PR.

Em tempo de debates presidenciais há algumas questões que, aparentemente, ninguém quer colocar:

1- Qual a atitude de um PR quando o governo a que deu posse, optar por decisões não incluídas no programa eleitoral do governo?

2 - Qual a atitude do PR  se os seus representantes no CSJ não apontarem publicamente razões pelas quais a justiça é tão lenta? 

3 - Qual a atitude do PR quando for óbvio que as promessas feitas em campanha eleitoral pelo chefe do partido do governo, e PM, tiverem claramente falhado?

4 - Qual a atitude de um PR quando um membro do governo for um óbvio incumpridor de qualquer lei?

5 - Qual a opinião do candidato a PR sobre o facto de, em Democracia, 2 dos 4 órgãos de soberania não serem sujeitos a eleições secretas, directas e periódicas, como os outros dois?

6 - Estando previstas no artigo 111° -1 da CRP a interdependência e a separação entre órgãos de soberania como avalia que essa interdependência e a separação são materializadas na Presidência da República e nos restantes órgãos de soberania?

Haverá muitas mais mas, nenhum jornalista as faz nem nenhum candidato quer responder...

In times of presidential debates, there are some questions that, apparently, nobody wants to ask:

1. What is the attitude of a President when the government he/she appointed opts for decisions not included in the government's electoral program?

2. What is the attitude of the President if his/her representatives on the Superior Council of Justice (CSJ) do not publicly denounce the reasons why justice is so slow?

3. What is the attitude of the President when it is obvious that the promises made during the electoral campaign by the head of the ruling party have clearly failed?

4. What is the attitude of a President when a member of the government is an obvious violator of any law?

5. What is the opinion of the presidential candidate on the fact that 2 of the 4 organs of sovereignty are not subject to secret, direct and periodic elections?

6. Given that Article 111-1 of the Constitution establishes the interdependence and separation between organs of sovereignty, how does he/she assess whether this interdependence and separation exists and is factual for the Presidency and the other organs of sovereignty? 

There will be many more, but no journalist is asking them, nor is any candidate willing to answer...
