Análise política.

Ao longo dos últimos anos ouvimos, continuamente, analistas que, sobre tudo, opinam: jornalistas, politólogos, especialistas...

Toda esta panóplia, liberta-me de complexos opinativos...

Vou soltar o meu lado coscuvilheiro, maldizente e indocumentado sobre quase tudo para entreter os meus leitores.

Primeira questão: 

Que qualidade intelectual têm os eleitores de Trump e que perfil social, psicológico e profissional apresentam seus capatazes?

Não será a primeira vez na História que cortesãos aplaudem um louco. 

Em Portugal, D. Afonso VI (1643-1683), era o "Rei dos Rufias"...

Espero que não seja a última, sinal que sobreviveremos a um sociopata comandando o exército mais poderoso do mundo actual.

Difícil será, talvez, entender os espartilhos intelectuais que a ambição e desvergonha empurram, ao apoiar e defender uma óbvia loucura no poder.

Será, talvez a tentação, mas que mecanismos, que lógica, interesses, ideais ou futuro, poderão justificar proteção submissa à loucura?

Esta, uma das fraquezas da Democracia: 

Governos não eleitos pelo povo mas, nomeados. No caso, por um sociopata...

Segunda questão:

Incompreensível a justiça portuguesa, ou cúmplice da direita ressabiada?

Todos percebemos o ridículo das fugas do segredo de justiça para os media.

Todos sabemos que devido a um parágrafo da autoria de uma PGR implicando um PM, dois anos depois ainda inexplicado, caiu uma maioria absoluta, um governo e foram provocadas eleições legislativas.

Todos percebemos a conveniente fragilidade e fluidez das, nunca antes vistas, "averiguações preventivas" a políticos de primeiro plano...

Porém não é disto que, principalmente, pretendo falar...

Quero ser advogado dos mortos!

Daqueles que, sendo vítimas absolutas, já não podem falar.

A pena máxima no código penal português são 25 anos de cadeia.

O mesmo, se matar 1 ou 20 pessoas. 

Diz a minha lógica de justiça que quem mata, deve responder pelos anos de vida - face à média - que impediu outros de viver, e pelo valor financeiro que subtraiu à família dos assassinados.

Por cada vida ceifada!

Como está, o crime compensará e largamente. À justiça pede-se que seja justa. Não complacente nem egoisticamente preventiva.

E, aqui, não se trata ser de direita ou esquerda. 

É apenas tornar o crime menos compensador para quem o pratica e para quem dele vive!

Terceira questão:

Pagar para educar emigrantes?

O povo português paga, através de uma fatia dos seus impostos, custos na formação superior pública: Edifícios, instalações, equipamentos, professores, técnicos, administrativos, manutenções...

Tal investimento  - como qualquer outro - só se justifica se houver retorno.

Acontece porém, que qualquer jovem após terminar o seu curso superior fica livre para exercer actividade no estrangeiro, regra geral, em países com vencimentos superiores para as mesmas funções.

E onde fica o retorno para o povo português?

Com certeza que não haverá qualquer médico britânico exercendo em Portugal...

Assim é mais do que tempo para, quem quer exercer fora do país compensar financeiramente os portugueses por aquilo que investiram nesse jovem, em moldes a acordar.

First question:

What intellectual quality do Trump's voters possess, and what social, psychological, and professional profile do their henchmen present?

It won't be the first time in history that courtiers applaud a madman.

I hope it won't be the last, a sign that we will survive a sociopath commanding the most powerful army in the world today.

It will be difficult, perhaps, to understand the intellectual constraints that ambition and shamelessness impose, supporting and defending obvious madness in power.

It may be the temptation, but what mechanisms, what logic, interests, ideals, future, could justify submissive protection of madness?

Second question:

The, to me, incomprehensible Portuguese justice system.

We all understand the ridiculousness of leaks of confidential information to the media.

We all know that due to a paragraph written by a Public Prosecutor, two years later, still unexplained, an absolute majority fell, a government was brought down, and legislative elections were triggered.

We all know the fragility and fluidity of the unprecedented "preventive investigations" into high-profile politicians.

However, this is not what I intend to talk about.

I want to be the lawyer for the dead!

For those who, being absolut victims, cannot speak.

The maximum penalty in the Portuguese penal code is 25 years in prison.

The same, whether you kill 1 or 20 people.

My logic dictates that whoever kills should be held accountable for the years of life – compared to the average – that they prevented and for the financial value they subtracted from the families of the murdered.

For each life they took!

Otherwise, crime will pay, and in large part. 

Third question:

The Portuguese people pay, through a portion of their taxes, for the costs of public higher education: buildings, facilities, equipment, professors, technicians, administrative staff...

Such investment – ​​like any other – is only justified if there is a return.

However, any young person, after finishing their higher education, is free to work abroad, generally in countries with higher salaries for the same functions.

And where is the return for the Portuguese people?

Certainly, there will be no British doctors practicing in Portugal...

Therefore, it is more than time for those who want to practice abroad, to financially compensate the Portuguese people for what they invested in that young person, in a manner to be agreed upon.
